This course trains participants in the use of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) to provide life-saving treatment during sudden cardiac arrest in both adults and children.
With with course, ALDB Academy aims to provide participants with the essential skills and knowledge required to use an AED in emergency situations. This course covers the proper use of AEDs on both adults and children, ensuring that participants are prepared to take immediate, life-saving action during cardiac emergencies.
Using an AED can significantly increase the chances of survival in cases of sudden cardiac arrest, and this course ensures participants are equipped with the confidence and skills to operate this life-saving device effectively. Through a combination of theory and hands-on training, participants will learn how to assess emergency situations, use an AED safely, and perform CPR in conjunction with defibrillation.
