The Food Handling – Category A course is crucial for individuals working with high-risk food items. By gaining the knowledge and skills necessary to prevent contamination and maintain safe food handling practices, participants will be better equipped to ensure food safety and quality. In turn, this will help protect consumers and maintain compliance with the relevant food safety regulations.
Upon successful completion of the Food Handling Category A course, participants will be registered as food handlers with the Food Safety Commission of Malta and issued a Food Handler License. We will manage all necessary arrangements for the issuance of the food handling license.
